Our school has been in Holliston for over 15 years and been owned and operated by the same instructor.  Over the course of time the school has produced over 100 Black Belts.  Students vary in age, with our youngest students at 4 years, and our oldest students in their 60’s (one who happens to be a 5th degree Master).

     Over the years we have worked in many of the area school systems doing after school programs with children of all age levels.  We have done countless rape prevention programs, children’s safety workshops, held fund raisers for various charities, as well as a local cable program on self defense.
